Vision
To create an inclusive monthly social activity that brings together people from different backgrounds, cultures, professions, and fitness levels through cycling, walking, running, and social networking. The programme aims to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, encourage active lifestyles, and help people build meaningful connections within Glasgow’s communities.

Participants choose one of three groups: Cycling Group, Running Group, Walking Group
Beginner route. Intermediate route, Experienced route
Beginner, medium and advanced pace
Leisure, Family-friendly, Wellbeing and social walk
